This study aimed to examine the effect of CAR, NPF, FDR, BOPO and SIZE on profitability (ROA) in Islamic Banks in Indonesia. The data used in this study is the quarterly financial statements that were downloaded from the respective websites of Islamic Banking. Sampling technique is purposive sampling. The sample in this study have 9 Islamic Banks. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, the classical assumption test and test hypotheses. The results of this study are CAR no significant effect on profitability (ROA), NPF has no significant effect on profitability (ROA), FDR significant negative effect on profitability (ROA), BOPO significant negative effect on profitability (ROA) and SIZE no significant effect on profitability (ROA) in the Islamic Banks In Indonesia
